Rule-based · Spot market · No custody
Technology for rule-based digital-asset trading.
DUFINANCE – FZCO develops and operates rule-based trading technology. Its design principle: the user’s capital stays in the user’s own exchange account.
Marketing communication, not investment advice. Crypto trading involves risk.
Schematic illustration of the design principle – no figures, no forecast.
Without a plan, crypto trading becomes guesswork.
Digital assets are fast, emotional and hard to keep track of. Without structure, opportunity quickly turns into stress – and stress into mistakes.
Bought too late
Chasing the market out of fear of missing out.
Sold too early
Closing positions out of uncertainty or panic.
Driven by others
Opinions, social media and trends instead of a plan.
Control given away
Copy trading means following other people’s decisions – hope replaces knowledge.
There is a better way: decide the rules once, calmly – and let software apply them consistently.
How the technology works.
No transfer of funds, no deposits. The software connects to an existing exchange account – nothing more.
- 1
Own account
The capital stays in the user’s own account at an exchange of their choice. DU-Finance never holds it.
- 2
Trade-only API
The software connects through an API key with trading rights only. Withdrawals are technically disabled.
- 3
Fixed rules
Every order follows rules defined in advance and in writing – the same logic every time, without emotion or improvisation.
- 4
Pause any time
The software can be paused at any time. Deleting the API key ends the connection completely – the assets stay where they are.
Spot only. No leverage.
The technology is built for the spot market – real digital assets, no borrowed money.
What DU-Finance is
Not a trader. Not an advisor. A precise tool.
Capital stays with its owner.
DU-Finance is a technology and software company. It develops and operates rule-based trading software – with no access to anyone’s money.
No custody
DU-Finance holds no funds. Capital sits in the owner’s own exchange account.
No withdrawal access
The API key allows trading – never withdrawals.
Full transparency
Every transaction is visible and traceable in the exchange account at any time.
Pause any time
The software can be paused at any time; deleting the API key ends the connection.
“Even if DU-Finance disappeared tomorrow: one deleted API key – and the capital sits unchanged in its owner’s account.”
No money is ever transferred to anyone.Open risk disclosure
What everyone should know.
Digital assets are volatile. Interim market moves can reduce the value of positions.
Software does not remove market risk. Open positions can stay below their purchase price for a long time. Losses are possible.
Past performance is not a reliable indicator of future results.
Capital is held at the exchange its owner chooses. DU-Finance cannot protect against problems at, or the failure of, an exchange.
Faults in software, servers, the API connection or at the exchange can occur. In such cases the software stops placing new orders.
DUFINANCE – FZCO is registered in the United Arab Emirates (IFZA, trade licence no. 47233).

What exactly is DU-Finance?
DUFINANCE – FZCO is a technology and software company. It develops and operates rule-based trading software for the digital-asset spot market. DU-Finance is not an asset manager, gives no investment advice and holds no funds.
Does DU-Finance have access to funds?
No. The capital always stays in the account holder’s own exchange account. The software connects through an API key with trading rights only – withdrawals are disabled. No money is ever transferred to DU-Finance.
What does “spot” mean?
In the spot market, real digital assets are bought and sold – without leverage and without borrowed money. That means no forced liquidation; market risk remains.
Isn’t crypto still the “wild west”?
The market has changed: MiCA has applied in full in the EU since December 2024 and the US approved spot Bitcoin exchange-traded products in January 2024. Prices remain volatile, though – regulation does not remove market risk. More in Why crypto?
What happens if DU-Finance stops operating?
The capital is not affected, because it never leaves its owner’s exchange account. Deleting the API key ends the connection, and the assets remain exactly as they are.
